Legal disclosure (Japan)

This page corresponds to the disclosure required by the Japanese Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (特定商取引法). It applies to paid placements sold directly by the operator to businesses in Japan.

Paid placements are planned to be processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record. In that case, Paddle is the seller of record for the transaction and this disclosure is superseded by Paddle's own buyer terms.
