Information we collect

TeddyRepairs collects and holds only the following personal information: (1) the email address used to sign in (via social login such as Google — we never receive or store passwords), (2) information submitted through the owner-registration form (name, role, verification information), and (3) contact details submitted through the correction & removal request form.

Page-view statistics

We count page views per listing in aggregate to report monthly results to page owners. These counts contain no personal information and are not tied to individual visitors.

Payment information

Card details for paid placements are processed on the hosted checkout pages of our payment provider (Paddle as merchant of record). They never pass through or reside on our servers.

How we use information

Collected information is used solely to operate the Service (owner verification, responding to requests, billing, important notices) and to improve service quality. We do not sell or provide personal information to third parties.

Cookies

We use cookies only for sign-in sessions. We currently use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Data location

Data is stored on infrastructure located in Japan (AWS Tokyo region).

Deletion

Upon an account-deletion request, we will delete the personal information we hold without undue delay.
