Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to the paid placement subscription for business owners. Listings themselves are free, and no payment is required to be listed or to claim a page.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a paid placement at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; already-billed periods are not prorated.

Billing errors

If you believe you were billed in error (double charge, charge after cancellation), contact us within 30 days and we will refund the erroneous charge in full.

How to request

You can cancel any time from your dashboard. For refund inquiries, use the contact form and include the email address you sign in with. Where Paddle acts as merchant of record, refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
